The opportunity
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our early-days team. Most of our current growth (5x vs 2025) is direct-to-consumer, and our next step-up comes from retailers, distributors and telcos — and we’re looking for the person to own it end to end.
This isn’t “another sales role.” It’s building an entire channel from close to zero into one of the biggest engines of the business, defining the playbook yourself and working with the founding team.
What you’ll do
- Close and onboard distributors, retailers and telcos globally (EU, US, LATAM and beyond).
- Enterprise Sales Execution - Own the full pipeline to close enterprise-level deals.
- Strategic Negotiations - Lead complex negotiations, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the retailer and the company.
- Own a Business Unit - Scale the channel from a small share of revenue today into a major engine of the business.
- Portfolio Management - Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders from portfolio retailers.
Who you are
- Experience in sales / business development / channel role, ideally B2B2C or retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B / B2B2C environment.
- Comfortable with both hardware and software commercial models.
- Builder mindset and strong alignment with the mission.
- Fluency with AI tools (not only CRM): you use them to accelerate your work and contribute to other areas of the company.
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
